It was on a bike that founder Marie Queneuille decided it was time to leverage her 20-year consulting experience to catalyse changes that matter – and help protect future generations. Not by creating yet another consulting boutique, but by creating one that would combine the best of various worlds:

• The best for the employees and freelance experts, setting up a community of professionals helping each other out, driven by the same desire to work on projects that matter.

On her founding journey, Marie met Claire Floreani. Together, they surveyed a cross-sectoral sample of 53 senior executives with one purpose: understand what makes a successful sustainability journey.

Bénédicte Herbout joined the adventure at the end of 2022 as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, bringing additional sustainability and facilitation expertise. 

 

Since then, CHANGESthatMATTER has put into practice what it preaches: creating momentum to inspire, empowering clients to drive changes, building bridges with local and international communities.
